The MYL Tomahawks is comprised of middle school boys from the South Charlotte area who are interested in a "rec-league" type atmosphere in the spring. The program is suitable for the beginner and the experienced player. The Tomahawks will practice two to three days a week and play games against local competition, most times on Saturdays. 
The Coaches. Each team in the middle school division has professional coaches that are dedicated to the improvement of the players individual and team skills.
Registration Fee. The cost to play for the Tomahawks is $275.00 per player. The registration fee includes field rental for team practices & games, game officials, use of a team equipment bag for the season, practice uniforms, game uniforms, supplemental player insurance, 8-10 games against local middle school competition, & a team t-shirt.
The Game Schedule. The Tomahawks will only compete against Charlotte area middle school programs that includes Country Day, Providence Day School, Weddington, North Mecklenburg, and Holy Trinity.
Player’s Commitment: In order to compete at this level we ask the players commitment 3 days a week to becoming a better lacrosse player. We ask that all players make their best effort to attend all scheduled practices and games.
Pre-Season Schedule: Practices will be Tuesday & Thursday evenings and most games will be played on Saturdays. Please note that there are rain make up days built into the schedule, BUT under normal circumstances we would not practice or play more than three days in one week.
