FIELD LOCATIONS & DIRECTIONS

Jack D. Hughes Memorial Park Reid Lane. Pineville, NC 28134
Take your best course to Route 51 (Pineville-Matthews Road). Travel west on Route 51 toward Pineville. Route 51 becomes Main Street in the town of Pineville. Continue to travel west on Main Street, Reid Lane is on the south   side of the street just past the railroad tracks. The park is approximately 3 miles west of the Carolina Place Mall.

FIELD 1 is the baseball field on your right as you enter he Park.

Field 2 is the softball field on your left as you enter the park.

Field 3 is the new lacrosse field in the very back of the complex.

Queens University Marion Diehl Turf Facility

77 North to Queens University/Marion Diehl Athletic Complex

77 North to exit 6A (Woodlawn Road).  Turn right at the end of the ramp onto Woodlawn Road.  Cross South Blvd. and proceed to Park Road (approximately 3 miles) and turn right on Park Road.  Take Park Road to Tyvola Road and turn right.  Queens University/Marion Diehl Athletic Complex is the first right turn on Tyvola Road. 

77 South to Queens University/Marion Diehl Athletic Complex

77 South to exit 6A (Woodlawn Road).  Merge left at the end of the ramp onto Woodlawn Road.  Cross South Blvd. and proceed to Park Road (approximately 3 miles) and turn right on Park Road.  Take Park Road to Tyvola Road and turn right.  Queens University/Marion Diehl Athletic Complex is the first right turn on Tyvola Road. 

Ardrey Kell HS. Ardrey Kell Road Charlotte, NC 28277

Polar Bear & MYL families MUST use the Society Road entrance to Ardrey Kell HS
From Charlotte I-485 to the Read Road Exit. Travel south on Rea Road. From the intersection of Ballantyne Commons Parkway & Rea road travel 1.6 miles south on Rea Rd then turn right at the light on Ardrey Kell Road. Turn Right onto Community House Road, then take the first left onto Society Street, then use the school's entrance on you left

From Points South, travel north on Providence Road and turn left at the light onto Ardrey Kell Road (at the Wendy's). Or travel north on Rea Road then left at Ardrey Kell. Road; Turn Right onto Community House Road, then take the first left onto Society Street, then use the school's entrance on you left.

Mallard Creek HS Turf Field, 3825 Johnson Oehler Road, Charlotte, NC 28269.

From Points South and I-485. Take I-485 North toward the University area to I-85 SOUTH; I-85 South to the first exit, Exit 46, Mallard Creek Church Road;  Turn right onto Mallard Creek Church Road then turn RIGHT onto Mallard Creek Road travel 1.2 miles and then turn LEFT on Johnson Oehler Road; travel approximately one mile and turn LEFT onto Bingham Road, the stadium field will be on your right as you enter the back entrance of the school.

From points South & I-77.  Take I-77 North to I-85 North to exit 45-B Harris Blvd West; after merging onto Harris Blvd turn RIGHT onto Mallard Creek Road; travel 3 miles on Mallard Creek Road and then turn LEFT on Johnson Oehler Road; travel approximately one mile and turn LEFT onto Bingham Road, the stadium field will be on your right as you enter the back entrance of the school.

From Points North & I-77.  Take I-77 South to the Harris Blvd Exit.  Travel East on Harris Blvd toward the University Area.  Turn LEFT onto Mallard Creek Road; travel 3 miles on Mallard Creek Road and then turn LEFT on Johnson Oehler Road; travel approximately one mile and turn LEFT onto Bingham Road, the stadium field will be on your right as you enter the back entrance of the school.

WM Davie Park.  4635 Pineville-Matthews Rd (RT 51) Charlotte, NC 28226
Take your best course to Route 51 (Pineville-Matthews Road). William Davie Park is located West of Providence    Road just past the Arboretum Shopping Center and just East of Rea Rd on the south side of RT. 51 (Pineville-Matthews Rd. From I-485. Take the Rea Road exit. Travel North on Rea Rd. Turn Right onto Route 51 (Pineville-Matthews Rd). The Park will be on your right approximately 1/2 mile.

Revolution Park, 2425 Barringer Drive Charlotte, NC

From points South: take I 77 North to Exit 8 Remount Road.  At the top of the exit ramp turn left onto Remount Road; Take your first right onto Barringer Drive, the entrance to the park will be on you right.

From points North: Take I 77 South to exit 7 Clanton Road.  Take a right at the top of the exit ramp onto Clanton Road.  Take you first right onto Barringer Drive; continue on Barringer road for about 2 miles; the entrance to the park will be on your right after you cross Remount Road.

Harrisburg Road Park 7701 Harrisburg Road, Charlotte, NC

From points south: Take I-485 toward the University Area. Take Exit # 39 (Harrisburg Road). At the top of the exit ramp turn left onto Harrisburg Road. Travel exactly 2 miles on Harrisburg Road and the entrance to the park will be on your right (it is a gravel road).  If you pass the golf course you have gone to far.
From Central Charlotte: Travel East on Sardis Road; Sardis Road will turn into Rama Road; cross over Independence Blvd and Rama Road will turn into Idewild Road. Stay straight on Idewild Road then turn LEFT onto E WT Harris Blvd.  North on W WT Harris Blvd to Albemarle Road. Turn RIGHT onto Albemarle Road. Travel for approximately 2 miles on Albemarle Road and make a LEFT at Harrisburg Road.  The entrance to the park will be on your left just past the golf course.

From Points North: I-85 to I-485 toward Matthews/Pineville.  Exit at Harrisburg Road (exit # 39); then turn right onto Harrisburg Road at the top of the exit Ramp.  Travel exactly 2 miles on Harrisburg Road and the entrance to the park will be on your right (it is a gravel road).  If you pass the golf course you have gone to far.

British American School (old All Saints Catholic School) 7000 Endhaven Lane Charlotte, NC 28277
Endhaven Lane is off Elm Lane just north of the 485 overpass.
From Route 51. Elm lane is east of Park Road and west of Providence Road. Travel south on Elm Lane from route 51 approximately 2.5 miles. From Elm Lane turn right on Endhaven just before the 485 over pass. British American School will be on your right near the end of Endhaven.
From 485. take the Rea Road exit and travel south on Rea Road. Turn right at the second traffic light onto Ballantyne Commons Parkway. Turn right at the first light onto Elm Lane. Turn left onto Endhaven just past the 485 overpass. British American School will be on your right near the end of Endhaven.

Covenant Baptist Church 11724 Elm Lane Charlotte, NC 28277.

From Route 51. Elm lane is east of Park Road and west of Providence Road. Travel south on Elm Lane from route 51 approximately 3 miles. Cross over 485, through the Ballantyne Commons Parkway intersection. St. Matt's Church will be on your left & Covenant Baptist Church will be on you right just past the Bi-Lo shopping center. From 485. take the Rea Road exit and travel south on Rea Road. Turn right at the second traffic light onto Ballantyne Commons Parkway. Turn left at the first light onto Elm Lane. Approximately one half mile on your right hand side.

Mecklenburg Country Park s & Recreation Morrision Family Ballantyne YMCA 9405 Bryant Farms Road Charlotte, NC 28277
From points north. 85 to 77 south to 485 east (toward Pineville). Exit off 485 at the Johnston Road exit. Right turn onto Johnston Road (you will be traveling south on Johnston Road). Approximately one mile turn left onto Ballantyne Commons Parkway. Approximately one mile turn right onto North Community House Road. Approximately one half mile turn left onto Bryant Farms Road. The YMCA will be on your right, the lacrosse field is in the back of the complex.
From points east. Route 51 toward Pineville. Turn left (south) onto Elm Lane. Take Elm Lane across Ballantyne Commons Parkway. Elm Lane will end at the Texaco gas station. Bear right at the gas station & Elm becomes Bryant Farms Road. The YMCA will be on your left just past Hawk Ridge Elementary School, the lacrosse field is in the back of the complex.
From central Charlotte. Take your best course to Route 51 (Pineville Matthews Road). Turn south on Elm Lane. (Elm Lane is west of Rea Road ). Take Elm Lane across Ballantyne Commons Parkway. Elm Lane will end at the Texaco gas station. Bear right at the gas station & Elm becomes Bryant Farms Road. The YMCA will be on your left just past Hawk Ridge Elementary School, the lacrosse field is in the back of the complex.

Community House Middle School. 9500 Community House Road, Charlotte, NC 28277
From Ballentyne Commons Parkway. Travel south on North Community House Road approximately 2.5 miles, then turn left onto Community House Road and the school wil be on your left.

From Charlotte I-485 to the Read Road Exit. Travel south on Rea Road. From the intersection of Ballantyne Commons Parkway & Rea road travel 1.6 miles south on Rea Rd then turn right at the light on Ardrey Kell Road. Turn right on Community House Road and the school will be on your right.

From Points South, travel north on Providence Road and turn left at the light onto Ardrey Kell Road (at the Wendy's). Or travel north on Rea Road then left at Ardrey Kell. Turn right on Community House Road and the school will be on your right.

Arthur Goodman Park (MARA) , Trade Street Matthews

From Rout 51 (Pineville Matthew Rd) Travel east toward Matthews, Right turn onto Fullwood Lane (just past Sardis Road).  Turn Right onto Trade Street and the park will be on your right.

From Ballantyne Commons Parkway. Travel east on Ballantyne Commons Parkway toward Providence Road, cross over Providence Road and it turns into McKee Road.  Follow McKee Road to Weddington Road. Turn Left onto Weddington Road.  Follow Weddington Road into Matthews; Turn Left onto South Trade Street (the street sign at the light will say Pleasant Plains Road) Turn left at this intersection and Pleaseant Plains turns into South Trade Street and the Park will be on your left.

From the Weddington Area. Travel North on Providence Rd, cross over 485.  Turn Right onto Mckee Road; Follow McKee Road to Weddington Road. Turn Left onto Weddington Road.  Follow Weddington Road into Matthews; Turn Left onto South Trade Street (the street sign at the light will say Pleasant Plains Road) Turn left at this intersection and Pleaseant Plains turns into South Trade Street and the Park will be on your left.

From 485 use the Providence Road Exit and travel north on Providence Road. Turn Right onto Mckee Road; Follow McKee Road to Weddington Road. Turn Left onto Weddington Road.  Follow Weddington Road into Matthews; Turn Left onto South Trade Street (the street sign at the light will say Pleasant Plains Road) Turn left at this intersection and Pleaseant Plains turns into South Trade Street and the Park will be on your left.

Mecklenburg Country Parks & Recreation Park Road Park 6220 Park Road Charlotte, NC 28210
Park Road Park is located on Park Road just south of Tyvola/Fairview, and north of Archdale Road. For the quickest access to the fields use the north entrance of the park across the street from Closeburn Road. The entrance to the park is on the west side of the street. If you are traveling north on Park Road make a left into the parks north entrance. If you are traveling south on Park Road make a right into the parks north entrance. We practice on fields 5 & 6 which are in the back of the park.

Stumpy Creek Park, Mooresville  ( Lake Norman Lacrosse Game Fields)                    

From Charlotte or Statesville:
Take I-77 to exit 36, Mooresville. Turn onto Hwy 150 West (right turn from the north, left turn from the south) toward Lincolnton. Go through 5-6 lights (Super Target on your right) and continue on Hwy 150 for about 1 1/2 miles. Turn right at traffic light onto Perth Road. Go 2 miles. Turn left onto Stumpy Creek Road and go 1/2 mile. The park is on your right. Go to the second entrance marked Soccer Complex. Fields are below.

Waymer Park 14200 Holbrooks Road Huntersville, NC 28078.
From I77, exit 23; east on Gilead Rd to Rte 115; Rte 115 South to Holbrooks Rd (approximately 1.3 miles).; Left on Holbrooks Rd.; 1 & 1/2 blocks to park; park will be on the right.

Traveling On I-77 South: Take the Westinghouse Blvd Exit (Exit #1) and turn right at the end of the exit ramp. Turn right at your first stop light (Granite Street). The Sports Warehouse is the third building on the left. Traveling On I-77 North: Take the Westinghouse Blvd Exit (Exit #1) and turn left at the end of the exit ramp. Turn right at your second stop light (Granite Street). The Sports Warehouse is the third building on the left. From I-85 or I-485: Take I-85 or I-485 to I-77 and then follow the above directions. The Sports Warehouse is one exit from Carowinds

Ayrsley Athletic Fields. Westinghouse Blvd @ Route 49 Charlotte, NC 28241
485 West to Exit 1 (Route 49-S.Tryon Street)
Left at the light & travel South on Route 49 for One mile.
Left on Westinghouse Blvd. First Left on Pioneer Avenue Immediate left in front of Johns Restaurant. The field will be in front of you. Continue on the driveway and park in the gravel lot behind the restaurant.

New Town Community Church Old Broomes Mill Road Waxhaw, NC 28173
Providence Rd. SOUTH to LEFT (EAST) at light on NEW TOWN RD., go 1/3 mile, turn RIGHT on Old Broomes Mill Rd, church is on right, field is in back

Optimist Park Weddington, NC
From I-485 take the NC 16/Providence Rd Exit (Exit 57) toward Weddington (south). Travel south on Providence Rd or NC 16 travel 2.6 miles and turn Left on Weddington Rd. (NC 84) travel 2.8 miles & pass Weddington High School on your left. Optimist Park is approximately 1 mile past Weddington HS is on your left hand side.

Jesse Wharton Elementary School 5813 Lake Brandt Rd, Greensboro, NC 27455. 

Take I-85 North to the Holden road Exit. Turn right at traffic light onto Holden Road. Go north on Holden Road (approximately 8 miles) until Benjamin Parkway. Turn left onto Benjamin Parkway. Cross over Battleground Avenue (Benjamin Parkway becomes Cone Boulevard when it crosses Battleground Avenue). At second traffic light, turn left onto Lawndale Drive North. Jesse Wharton will be about 4.5 miles on your left.

St. Ann’s School 600 Hillside Ave Charlotte, NC 28209
St. Ann’s is located at the corner of Hillside Ave and Park Road, approximately one half mile north of the Park Road shopping center.
From points south take 77 north to exit 6-A, travel east on Woodlawn Road. Make a left onto Park Road, the parking lot will be on your right just past Hillside Ave. (The parent meeting is in the school’s cafeteria which is best accessed off Park Road).

From points South of Cannon School: I-85 North to exit 52, Poplar Tent Road
turn right off exit Cannon School is ahead one mile on the right. If you pass Dorton Park on the left, you have passed Cannon School

I-77 North to exit 18 Harris Blvd/Reames Road. Turn left onto Reames Road. Stay straight to go onto Vance Road, turn left onto Mt. Holly-Huntersville Road, the church will be on the left and the lacrosse field will be in the back of the church.
