The 6th Annual Copperhead Lacrosse Camp will take place:
Girls ages 7-14 from Monday, June 14 thru Friday June 18, 2010
Boys ages 7-14from Monday, July 26 thru Friday, July 30, 2010
Location: Jack Hughes Park in Pineville. The Park features a brand new lacrosse field as well as four additional all purpose fields and a new pavilion with bathrooms and picnic area making it the perfect spot for lacrosse camp this summer. Copperhead lacrosse camp is a AM day camp starting at 8:30 AM and concluding at 12:30 PM each day. Before camp care is available starting at 7:30 AM and after camp care is available until 1:30 PM.

Open to: The camp is appropriate for the beginning player as well as the experienced player.Campers are placed in groups by their age and ability.
The Staff: Girls Camp is under the dirction of Coach Jamie Collins, Lady Cyclones & Ardrey Kell head coach. Boys Camp is under the direction of Mike Gambrill, Myers Park HS Head Coach.
The directors are joined by other top Charlotte area coaches and players.
The Goal: The goal of Copperhead Lacrosse Camp. is to teach the fundamentals of individual, group and team lacrosse skills in an environment that stresses the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Our Staff is comprised of several of the game's top coaches and players, that are eager to share their knowledge with the next generation of lacrosse enthusiasts. We offer a balanced, fun-filled experience for those trying to improve their game. .
Typical Day:
8:30-9:00 AM Warm up and stick work
9:00-10:00 AM Individual Positron instruction & Group Position instruction 10:00-11:00 AM Small Group Scrimmages
11:00-12:00 PM Full Field Games & Camp Tournament
12:00-12:30 Review
Cost: $245 per player from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM for the five day camp. (Before Camp Care from 7:00 to 8:30 AM and after camp care from 12:30 to 1:30 PM is available for an additional $50 per week). Campers receive expert instruction from some of Charlotte's top coaches, a camp reversible, and daily prizes will be awarded each day.
