Ryan Flanagan - Director. Ryan Flanagan was a 3x All-America defenseman at the University of North Carolina while being named NCAA D1 Defenseman of the Year in 2010. After graduation in 2011, Ryan started Team 24/7 Lacrosse to fulfill his passion for coaching and growing the game. He also moved to Charlotte, NC where he started his professional lacrosse career with the Charlotte Hounds of Major League Lacrosse. Ryan went on to make 4 Major League Lacrosse All-Star Games in his 7-year MLL career before moving to the Premier Lacrosse League in 2018. Through Team 24/7 Lacrosse, Ryan has assisted numerous lacrosse players in the Charlotte lacrosse community from athletes picking up a stick for the first time to players currently Division 1 lacrosse. Chris Panos Coach Panos is the head lacrosse at Queens University of Charlotte. Prior to joining the Royals, Panos was an assistant coach for three seasons with the Spartans at the University of Tampa. In addition to working in collegiate athletics Panos is the president and owner of Panos Lacrosse, a premiere lacrosse organization specializing in training for young aspiring athletes. A former collegiate athlete, Panos attended Hoftstra University helping lead the Pride to two NCAA Tournament appearances in 1995 and 1996. He was named to the NCAA All-American East team both seasons as well. Hofstra was also an NCAA Division I East Conference top-10 team with the four-year starter. Following his collegiate playing career, Panos spent 12 years competing in the National Lacrosse League after going No. 4 in the draft. The 1997 NLL First Round Draft Pick became an NLL World Champion and NLL All-Star as a nine-year Team U.S.A.member.
Brian Myers Coach Myers, the former head lacrosse coach at Myers Park high school played collegiate lacrosse at Towson University, Where he played in 62 games (a Towson School Record) for the perennial national power. He averaged just under a goal per game on the college field, tallying 56 goals from the midfield, while helping out on 11 others. Two of his goals during his senior season were game-winners, both of which came in tightly contested meetings. His fourth-quarter goal against Hofstra delivered a 6-5 win, while an early fourth quarter goal gave the Tigers an 11-9 win over #17 Delaware that season as well. Myers started as a Freshman and scored 17 goals for the Tigers Final Four team that year. After college he was a midfielder for the Major League Lacrosses' Denver Outlaws for three seasons.
Thomas Passenant Thomas grew up in Charlotte, NC and played high school lacrosse for Charlotte Country Day school where he led the buccaneers to four consecutive state titles. He went on to play college ball at Hampden Sydney College and would earn first team all conference his sophomore, junior and senior years. As a senior, he was elected as an All-American for his work on the field, as well as a Scholar All-American for his work in the classroom. Thomas is a passionate coach, and has been coaching youth lacrosse in the area since 2011 and specializes in defense.

Kevin Iwansusa A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Kevin is currently an assistant at Providence Day School and previously the head coach at both Myers Park & Weddington High Schools. Iwanusa spent six seasons at the College level before Weddington. He served a one year stint at Pfeiffer University before heading to Wingate University where he coached for five seasons. There the Cincinnati, Ohio native helped the Bulldogs to their first NCAA national semi-final appearance in school history in 2000. Wingate posted a 43-30 record in Iwanusa's five seasons on its sideline and saw 21 players garner All-Deep South honors. As a player, Iwanusa began his career at Division I, Michigan State University before he transferred to Pfeiffer University. At Pfeiffer, he was twice selected as an All American, earned 1st team All Conference honors 3 times and led all NCAA divisions in scoring in 1997. Iwanusa currently competes with the Charlotte Lacrosse Club.

Bobby Werhane Bobby has played or coached at the elite level of lacrosse for over two decades. Bobby played high school lacrosse for St. Paul’s School and collegiate lacrosse for Cornell University having learned from Coaches Pietramala,Tambroni, and DeLuca from 1997 - 2001. He was part of top five nationally ranked defensive units during his college career as a three year starter. His senior year he was voted co-Captain and selected to the North-South College All-Star Game.
Jay Goldsmith Jay is currently in his third year coaching lacrosse at the college level since graduating from Lenoir-Rhyne University. He has had coaching stints at Division 3 Methodist University, Division 2 Catawba College, and currently serves as the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Lenoir-Rhyne University.
Kevin Wahl Coach Wahl was born and raised in Farmingdale, NY. At Farmingdale High School, Kevin was a captain for both lacrosse and football his senior year. For football Kevin broke 7 high school records and was named All-State in his senior year. In his senior year of lacrosse, he was a captain of the New York State Class A Champions and was also named all county. Wahl began his collegiate career at Adelphi University before transferring to Hartwick College to play both lacrosse and football. Following his junior season where he started in all 13 games for the Hawks, he was named Defensive MVP. That season, he registered 42 ground balls and totaled 12 caused turnovers. Additionally, Wahl earned team captain honors during both his junior and senior seasons. Since graduation, Kevin has joined the Queens University of Charlotte Men’s Lacrosse coaching staff in the winter of 2017. Kevin focuses primarily on the defense, including goalies and midfielders.
Jimmy Heaney A recent graduate from Queens University of Charlotte where he also played college lacrosse as a midfielder for the past four years. Jimmy has been coaching in the Charlotte area for the past two years across various age groups and is excited for this opportunity to continue.
